Conclusion: As a comprehensive nursing service, the nurses provided total patient care, and patient satisfaction and expression of appreciation increased. However, disadvantages were identified, such as patients` excessive needs, communication difficulties, lack of support systems, low compensation, and a high number of safety accidents.
